1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PDF API ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PDF API provides a cloud-based service for converting web pages to PDF documents via an HTTP API. The Service may include authentication, branding, analytics, and related functionality.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or third-party rights
  • Send unsolicited bulk communications
  • Circumvent rate limits or usage quotas
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or disrupt the Service
  • Generate PDFs from content you do not have the right to access

5. Usage Limits

The Service includes monthly usage quotas based on your plan. Exceeding your quota will result in rejected API requests until your quota resets.

6. Content and Responsibility

You retain all rights to content you submit to the Service. You are solely responsible for content processed through your account and for ensuring you have the legal right to convert any URL or content to PDF.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
