We collect information you provide directly:

• Account info: name, email address, hashed password
• API usage: URLs submitted for PDF generation, timestamps, file sizes, generation times
• Technical data: IP address, browser user agent, session cookies

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the Service
• Enforce usage limits and security
• Send transactional emails (verification, password reset, usage alerts)
• Monitor and improve the Service

3. Data Storage

Account data and usage logs are stored in a SQLite database on our infrastructure in the EU (Hetzner, Germany). URLs submitted to the API are logged for analytics but page content is not stored after PDF generation.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Hetzner — server infrastructure

5. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication on the web portal. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Usage logs are retained indefinitely for analytics. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR and other applicable laws, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt (cost 12). API keys are stored as-is but can be revoked at any time. All connections use HTTPS.

9. Changes to Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email.
